Magnet School Application form
Note: This application must be filled out completely and correctly by
a parent with custodial authority or by a legal guardian. Incomplete
applications will not be processed.
Please mail or hand deliver applications to Brevard Public Schools, Magnet
Schools Office, 2700 Judge Fran Jamieson Way, Viera, Florida 32940-6699.
Kindergarten children must be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2006.
This application is for a new student only. Students currently enrolled
in these programs do not need to reapply.
